About my Practice

I have been counseling individuals, couples, and families in the Seattle area for 20 years. My educational background is in Marriage, Child and Family Therapy. I received my Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology (1996), from California State University, East Bay. I am licensed in Washington State in Mental Health Counseling. Highlights of my advanced training includes Hakomi Mind Body Therapy (Level II Certification in progress), and Gottman Method Couples’ Therapy. In addition to my private practice, I formerly worked for Evergreen Hospital/Geriatric Regional Assessment Team as a Family Caregiver Counselor and Geriatric Mental Health Specialist.
