  • Conflict is an opportunity to understand your partner better. Learning to use empathy and curiosity to understand each other's struggles and unspoken need underneath the conflict. I help foster peace in relationships and teach you how to communicate in a way that is respectful and compassionate.

  • Through our sessions, you’ll learn how to communicate your thoughts, needs, and desires and create opportunities for deep connection, trust building, and sexual intimacy. Feeling safe, seen, heard, and valuable to our partners and a healthy dose of goodwill, laughter, and friendship increases emotional intimacy, leading to a better sex life as well as a healthier relationship overall.

  • Healing from a breach of trust/infidelity begins with honesty with ourselves and each other. With the safety of my expertise, we will explore the underlying issues that may have contributed to the infidelity, work through feelings of betrayal and hurt, and learn effective strategies for rebuilding trust and intimacy.

  • I will coach conversations where partners can openly communicate the perspectives, concerns, and expectations regarding money in a safe and neutral environment. I will mediate discussions and facilitate constructive dialogue, provide tools for improving financial communication, and decision making.
